Using the Thriving Quotient in your research
Permission to use a Thriving Quotient instrument in a dissertation or study is granted in writing, proposal first. Once Dr. Schreiner returns your signed proposal, the $250 researcher licence is paid and you receive a copy of the instrument you requested.
How it works
- Submit your proposal. Download the researcher request form, complete it with your study design and the instrument you need, and send it to Dr. Schreiner.
- Receive the signed permission. Dr. Schreiner reviews the proposal and returns it signed. Written permission is what your IRB and your committee will ask for.
- Pay the researcher licence. A $250 payment link is sent with the signed proposal.
- Receive the instrument. A copy of the instrument you requested is released on payment.

Citing the instrument
Each instrument page carries the citation to use in a publication or dissertation, in the citation block beneath the sample items. The published research on the Thriving Quotient — journal articles, conference papers and the dissertations that used it — is collected in the Thriving Knowledge Center.
