Survey setup, the link and the raw data, plus a report comparing your institution’s data to national norms once norms are established for the semester, plus an interactive dashboard for disaggregation by gender and race/ethnicity.

We administer the survey from an email list you provide, with up to 10 institution-specific questions included. You receive the raw data, the norms-comparison report, the interactive dashboard, and a predictive model specific to your campus — conditional on more than 300 responses.

Thriving Campus Package with One-Hour Webinar

$10,000

Any five instruments administered within a one-year period, with up to 10 institution-specific questions per survey. Raw data, a norms-comparison report for each of the five, a predictive model per survey (with more than 300 responses) and interactive dashboards. Plus a one-hour webinar with Dr. Schreiner: results, recommended actions and national trends, synthesised across all five surveys with a thematic analysis of comments. Unlimited stakeholders, recordable.

Can our institution pay by purchase order?

Yes. Request a quote or invoice with this form, add your purchase order number now or later, and pay the hosted invoice by ACH bank transfer or card on Net-30 terms.

Is a W-9 available?

Yes. Tick the W-9 box on the request form and it is sent with the quote.

Does the multi-survey discount apply to invoiced orders?

Yes. An order of three or more survey packages — Survey, Basic Report or Expanded Report in any combination — receives 15% off those packages whether it is paid at checkout or by invoice. The discount never applies to the Thriving Campus package, add-ons or the standalone webinar.
