What a campus survey costs

Survey administration is $750 per survey. A basic report is $1,500, the expanded report $2,500, and the Thriving Campus package with a one-hour webinar is $10,000. Order three or more survey packages and 15% comes off those packages automatically.

Set a quantity for each package you need — one per population you are surveying — then continue to secure checkout. You will choose the instrument for each survey on the payment page.

  • Survey Package

    $750 per survey

    Survey only. We set up the survey and send you the link; the raw data is returned when the survey closes. No national-norms report and no interactive dashboard.

  • Basic Report Package

    $1,500 per survey

    Survey setup, the link and the raw data, plus a report comparing your institution’s data to national norms once norms are established for the semester, plus an interactive dashboard for disaggregation by gender and race/ethnicity.

  • Expanded Report Package Most complete

    $2,500 per survey

    We administer the survey from an email list you provide, with up to 10 institution-specific questions included. You receive the raw data, the norms-comparison report, the interactive dashboard, and a predictive model specific to your campus — conditional on more than 300 responses.

  • Thriving Campus Package with One-Hour Webinar

    $10,000

    Any five instruments administered within a one-year period, with up to 10 institution-specific questions per survey. Raw data, a norms-comparison report for each of the five, a predictive model per survey (with more than 300 responses) and interactive dashboards. Plus a one-hour webinar with Dr. Schreiner: results, recommended actions and national trends, synthesised across all five surveys with a thematic analysis of comments. Unlimited stakeholders, recordable.

Payment is taken by Stripe on its own secure page — by card, or by US bank debit (ACH) for institutional buyers. The discount is applied there automatically when your order holds three or more survey packages; there is no code to enter.

For a single dissertation or study. Submit your proposal first; once Dr. Schreiner returns the signed proposal, payment is taken and the instrument is released.

What does it cost to survey our campus?

Survey administration is $750. A basic report is $1,500, the expanded report is $2,500, and the Thriving Campus package with a one-hour webinar is $10,000. Researcher access for a single dissertation or study is $250.

Is there a discount for surveying more than one population?

Yes. When an order includes three or more survey packages — Survey, Basic Report or Expanded Report, in any combination — 15% comes off those packages automatically at checkout. The discount does not apply to the Thriving Campus package, add-ons or the standalone webinar.

Can we pay by purchase order or bank transfer?

Yes. Checkout accepts cards and US bank debit (ACH), and institutional buyers can request an invoice for payment by purchase order. Bank debit payments take four to five business days to clear; the order is confirmed once funds settle.

What is included in the expanded report?

Comparative reporting against other institutions in addition to your own results. The predictive model is included when your campus returns more than 300 responses.
