The Thriving Project

Instruments

Seven instruments, one per campus population

The Thriving Quotient is a family of validated survey instruments, each built for a different population on campus. All measure thriving on scales an institution can act on, all are administered the same way, and all are priced the same: survey administration from $750, with report packages from $1,500. Choose by who you are surveying.

What is the same across all seven

Administration
Your campus distributes a survey link to the sampled population. Responses return directly to The Thriving Project; your institution does not host or process the data. Reporting follows once the window closes.
Packages
Survey administration $750 · Basic report $1,500 · Expanded report $2,500 · Thriving Campus package $10,000. Three or more survey packages in one order earn 15% off those packages.
Research use
Researcher access for a single dissertation or study is $250, proposal first.

Choosing an instrument

Which Thriving Quotient instrument should our campus use?

Choose by population. There is one instrument each for undergraduates, second-year students, adult learners, graduate students, community college students, faculty and staff. A campus surveying more than one population orders one survey package per population, and three or more earn a 15% discount.

Are the instruments administered differently?

No. Every instrument is administered the same way: your campus distributes a survey link to the sampled population, responses return directly to The Thriving Project, and reporting follows once the survey window closes.

Is there an adjunct faculty instrument?

Yes, as a variant of the Faculty Thriving Quotient. It is chosen as the instrument at checkout rather than sold as a separate product.
