Refund Policy

The refund policy is being rewritten before launch. It will state, in plain terms, what happens if an order is cancelled before survey administration begins, once data collection is under way, and while a bank-debit (ACH) payment is still clearing; and the terms for the webinar and the researcher licence. Until it is published here, questions about a specific order go to the contact address.

What the policy will cover

Cancellation before a survey administration has been scheduled or begun.
Cancellation after data collection has started.
Orders paid by ACH bank debit that are cancelled while the payment is still clearing.
Rescheduling or cancelling a webinar.
The researcher licence once the instrument has been released.
